We set out to produce a flavor of Anatolia with authentic ingredients and mastery in America with the brand ‘Baklavausa’.
BAKLAVA : A dessert developed in Anatolia, adopted by many cultures and regions. It has found its place among the five most delicious desserts in the world. To prepare it, there are several laborious stages. An original baklava is created by hand. It is made with 40 layers of dough that are spread out very thinly. In between, special pistachios and walnuts, grown in Anatolia, are sprinkled between the dough layers. It is then baked with a purified butter, one developed specifically for baking baklava on farms in Anatolia. In the last stage, it is sweetened with a light syrup, considering the heat balance while baking, and finally, is ready to serve.

We believe that Anatolian cuisine has not taken its place in the United States as much as other world cuisines. We want to do our part in the titles of Baklava and Börek.

We continue our ambitious and consistent path to produce the baklava and pastry duo with the flavor of the lands it belongs to, the ingredients of the lands it belongs to, and the most talented baklava masters of the world raised by the lands it belongs to.

We select all the products we use in baklava from first quality products from Anatolia and deliver them here with great effort. Not only our masters, but also all our raw materials are from Anatolia and of top quality.

Our baklava masters are Head Masters who have only made baklava throughout their lives. We work with a team of masters who have worked in the baklava craft for 25 years and contributed to the development of baklava without compromising on quality and taste.
